Blastrooms

Blast rooms are used when the surface treatment of complex or large pieces is part of the processes of production.

These rooms are the substitute for the obsolete, unhealthy and precarious sand blasting facilities, as they enable the sand­shot blasting processes share productive times and work space with other industrial processes (being that the sand/shot blasting can be performed indoors instead of outside the factories facilities).

Furthermore, Blastrooms are provided with dust collectors that continuously recover the dust generated by the blasting process, having as a result an optimun visibility and no environment contamination.

Blast rooms can have either completely automatic recovery systems, manual with helicoil screws or completely manual, depending on the production range and the budget of the customer.
